LG OPTIMUS 3D | FINALLY LAUNCHING IN INDIA NEXT MONTH

LG had decided to launch its latest flagship mobile product in India finally. LG has announced it will be available in India next month, some date, announced later. LG Optimus 3D is an android 2.2 FroYo based phone which sports 1 Ghz Dual core processor. The Optimus 3D has a 4.3-inch display WVGA glasses-free display that supports the 3D contents. This new smartphone boasts a 1 GHZ Dual-Core CPU (Texas Instruments OMAP 4 Chipset) with Dual-Channel Memory. 

The LG Optimus 3D has dual lens camera that is capable of recording 3D videos. It also carries four times more video decoders than all other smartphones available in the market. Other features include HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Interface) and DLNA (Digital Living Network Alliance) which will be helpful for users to share their recorded 3D videos with others.

The TN ('TWISTED NEMATIC') panel display : The most widely used display type in the world and its not expensive.

Advantages :

• Fastest Response times (between 4 and 2), there by reducing the artifacts or ghosting effects on the screen.


• Reduce G2G Transitions.

Disadvantages :

• Poor Viewing angles especially in vertical way.


• Most TN panels represent colors using only six bits per RGB color, or 18 bit in total, and are unable to display the 16.7 million color shades (24-bit truecolor) that are available from graphics cards.
